The Manchester derby has been moved for broadcast, with the Premier League confirming September's televised fixtures.
Manchester United will host Manchester City on Sunday 13 September at 4.30pm on Sky Sports. The clash marks the first derby in a decade without Pep Guardiola on the touchline, as Michael Carrick and Enzo Maresca face off for the first time.
What other United games have moved?
United have also seen matches against Ipswich Town (Sunday 30 August, 4.30pm, Sky Sports), Everton (Sunday 6 September, 2pm, Sky Sports) and Fulham (Sunday 20 September, 4.30pm, Sky Sports) all moved to the day after their original scheduling.
What about City?
City's trip to Crystal Palace has been moved to Friday 28 August for an 8pm kick-off on Sky Sports. Their matches against Coventry and Sunderland remain in the traditional Saturday 3pm slot.
Why are so many games being moved?
Nine teams are in European competition in 2026-27, including both Manchester clubs in the Champions League. Arsenal, Aston Villa and Liverpool are also in the Champions League, while Bournemouth, Sunderland and Crystal Palace are in the Europa League and Brighton enter the Conference League qualifiers.
That means teams without European football, such as Chelsea, Newcastle and Tottenham, could be locked into more Monday and Friday evening games over the course of the season.
