Manchester United are working on a deal to sign Leicester City teenager Louis Page.
The 18-year-old midfielder, who was named EFL Apprentice of the Year last season, is viewed as one of the most exciting talents outside the top flight. An England Under-20 international, he has already made 21 senior appearances for the Foxes, including five starts last season as they were relegated from the Championship.
His most recent appearance came in Leicester's Carabao Cup win over Northampton on Saturday.
Who else wants him?
Arsenal and Aston Villa have both shown strong interest in Page, who turned 18 last month. Talks between United and Leicester over an agreement are understood to be ongoing.
Page signed professional terms with Leicester in September 2025, when the club described him as "one of the brightest talents in our system." That means United will need to agree a transfer fee with the League One side.
He joined Leicester at Under-9 level and made his senior debut against Huddersfield in the Carabao Cup in August 2025.
Could Leicester lose another youngster to Manchester?
If the deal goes through, Page would be the second highly rated Leicester prospect to leave for Manchester this summer, following 17-year-old forward Jeremy Monga's move to Manchester City for £12.5 million.
