GRUB Food Market at Mayfield
Venue
GRUB, Mayfield Depot
Baring Street, M1 2PZ
GRUB is Manchester's best evening street food market, set in the cavernous Mayfield Depot just behind Piccadilly Station.
What to expect
Around 10 rotating traders set up each weekend along with one of the best craft beer bars in the city, in a space that feels like a proper underground warehouse rave for people who'd rather eat tacos than do drugs. Family-friendly until 8pm, then properly raucous after that. The traders rotate regularly so the lineup is different every week.

Free entry

Context
GRUB started as a pop-up street food event and has become one of Manchester's most reliable independent food destinations. The Mayfield Depot venue is a former parcel sorting office.
What's nearby
The wider Mayfield area is rapidly developing and now includes Aviva Studios (Factory International's new venue) just up the road. Mayfield Park is also worth a walk in summer.
